Social Responsibility

For TUI Cruises, social responsibility means taking accountability for people—both within our own company and throughout our supply chains, as well as in the locations and destinations where we operate. As an employer, we foster a diverse, non-discriminatory work environment that supports the personal and professional development of our employees. At the same time, we integrate social considerations into our supply chains and the design of our offerings. Furthermore, we engage with the communities at our corporate locations and in the ports and destinations visited by our ships, providing support to selected social initiatives and projects.
