Sales initiative for the Mein Schiff Flow: Extended early-booking discount and 2% additional commission until 31 July 2026

The Mein Schiff Flow will be christened in Trieste on 20 June.

Hamburg, 2 June 2026. On 20 June, the Mein Schiff Flow, the second ship in the InTUItion class, will be christened in Trieste. Following its maiden voyage, the fleet’s newest addition will spend some time in the sunny Mediterranean before heading to Northern Europe for the winter season and, at the start of the new year, can also be found in milder climes. With the launch of bookings for the new winter itineraries for 2026/27, TUI Cruises is providing targeted impetus for sales: By offering additional commissions, an extended early-booking discount and targeted marketing support, TUI Cruises aims to encourage its travel agency partners to promote the new itineraries at an early stage and further boost demand for the Mein Schiff Flow. This means that all cruises on the Mein Schiff Flow for the winter of 2026/27 will soon be available to book.

Additional commission and extension of the early-bird discount

For all FIT bookings made up to 31 July 2026, sales partners will receive an additional commission of two per cent. This applies to all new bookings for the new 2026/27 winter itineraries on the Mein Schiff Flow – including those cruises that have been adjusted as part of the itinerary changes, as well as those that will be available for booking shortly. In addition, all guests can benefit from an extended early-booking period, running until 31 July 2026, for the new winter itineraries on the Mein Schiff Flow in 2027.

“With the additional commission and the extended early booking discount, we want to support our sales partners in marketing the new Mein Schiff Flow cruises,” says Sandra Pfützenreuter, Head of Sales & Trade Marketing for the Mein Schiff brand. “Together, we want to successfully position the new and varied winter itineraries of the Mein Schiff Flow – all of which will be available to book shortly – in the market.”.

Sales incentives, such as raffle tickets that travel agents can collect for every booking of the new winter holidays, thereby securing the chance to win high-value prizes, will also be extended. The sales campaign continues to be supported by extensive marketing initiatives. These include media coverage and national campaigns as part of the product launch communications, as well as targeted point-of-sale activities, which we are happy to support. Suitable templates are available on Infonet and on social media via our partner ViralSpoon.

In addition, as part of the Together@Sea programme in early June, just under 1,500 travel agents will be able to experience and explore the second new ship in the InTUItion class for themselves.

Expanded range of winter routes

With the new winter itineraries for the Mein Schiff Flow, TUI Cruises is expanding its range to include a variety of holiday options – from shorter cruises in Northern Europe, including the Baltic Sea and wintry Norway, to extended cruises to the Canary Islands and the Caribbean.

This extended holiday takes guests to the Caribbean, to destinations such as St John’s in Antigua, Willemstad in Curaçao and Bridgetown (Barbados). During the Atlantic crossings, workshops and on-board activities enhance the travel experience.

On the sea days at the start of the cruise, culinary highlights on board get guests in the mood for the Caribbean. In addition, guests benefit from extra options for travelling to and from Germany, as well as a comfortable journey by train.

"The InTUItion class offers a cruising experience with more open space, innovative design and a clear focus on indulgence, relaxation and a connection to the sea," said Clas Eckholt, Vice President Commercial at TUI Cruises. “For the Mein Schiff Flow, we have deliberately chosen regions that are a perfect fit for this concept. The Nordland is synonymous with immersive experiences of nature, whilst extended trips provide a unique opportunity to slow down – and that is exactly what many of our guests are looking for."
