Tropical islands, dream destinations in Africa and wintry northern Europe – Mein Schiff fans can already start looking forward to their winter break in 2026/27. During the 2026/27 winter season, the Mein Schiff fleet will call at dream destinations in Central America, the Caribbean, the Middle East, Asia, the Canary Islands, the western Mediterranean as well as the wintry Baltic Sea and northern Europe. After a lengthy hiatus, the ABC islands – Aruba, Bonaire and Curacao – are also back on the itinerary.

In addition, the private island of Isla Catalina and Taino Bay (Puerto Plata) on the northern coast of the Dominican Republic will be called at for the first time. Cruises with the Mein Schiff fleet will be available to book shortly.

Caribbean flair on Mein Schiff 1, Mein Schiff 2 and Mein Schiff 5

Over the winter, Mein Schiff 1 will be sailing on 14-day cruises to and from La Romana as well as to and from Montego Bay. For the first time, the itinerary will include a stop at George Town, Grand Cayman. As the second ship in the fleet, Mein Schiff 2 will commence its Caribbean season at the end of October, visiting the beautiful islands of Saint Lucia, Grenada and Saint Kitts, amongst others. After a long break, Guadeloupe is now back on the itinerary on a regular basis.Mein Schiff 5 will be the third ship in the fleet to operate in the Caribbean. After a long hiatus, the ABC islands – Aruba, Bonaire and Curacao – will be featured as highlight ports of call. In addition, Mein Schiff 5 will head to the private island of Isla Catalina in the east as well as Taino Bay (Puerto Plata) on the northern coast of the Dominican Republic for the first time.

Mein Schiff 3: a wide variety of cruises to and from Germany

In the winter of 2026/27, guests can set sail on Mein Schiff 3 from and to Germany on various cruises to the Canary Islands, Norway and the Caribbean. Following a 20-day cruise to the Canary Islands via Morocco, the feel-good ship will embark on 14-day cruises to the North Cape and seven-day cruises to southern Norway. Mein Schiff 3 will spend Christmas and New Year’s Eve on an 18-day cruise around the Canary Islands, with the famous New Year’s Eve fireworks display as a highlight in Madeira. In early January 2027, the ship will set off on an extended cruise to the Caribbean islands before heading to western Europe for the first time in the spring and sailing as far as Lisbon.

Winter experiences in the western Mediterranean with Mein Schiff 4

For the first time, Mein Schiff 4 will offer a number of seven-day cruises from and to Palma de Mallorca in the western Mediterranean during the 2026/27 winter season. The feel-good ship will take in destinations including Cadiz, Valencia, Barcelona, La Spezia and Marseille. On New Year’s Eve, guests can look forward to an overnight stay on board in the Spanish port city of Barcelona, giving them the chance to explore the city at their leisure. The seven-day cruises can be easily combined to create 14-day cruises.

Exploring Africa, Sri Lanka, Dakar and Asia with Mein Schiff 6

Mein Schiff 6 kicks off the winter season in Palma de Mallorca with a cruise to the Canary Islands. The ship then sets sail on a 20-day cruise from Las Palmas via Cape Verde to Dakar. The route continues to Walvis Bay, Cape Town and Gqeberha (formerly Port Elizabeth). There will also be calls at Durban, Mauritius, Réunion and Sri Lanka before Mein Schiff 6 heads to its winter cruising region of Asia, sailing to and from Singapore. On this cruise, the ship will visit Male in the Maldives for the first time.

Canary Islands, twice the adventure

As a popular winter destination, both Mein Schiff 7 and Mein Schiff Relax be cruising around the Canary Islands. Mein Schiff Relax will set sail from and to Gran Canaria or Tenerife on seven-day cruises. Mein Schiff 7 will be offering seven-day cruises from and to Gran Canaria, calling at Madeira, Morocco or the Cape Verde Islands. A highlight for Mein Schiff 7 is the famous New Year’s Eve fireworks display in Madeira, which it will enjoy together with Mein Schiff 3. In addition, the Azores will be back on the itinerary in March 2027 after a longer break.

Wonderful cruises in the Middle East with Mein Schiff Flow

The newest addition to the fleet, Mein Schiff Flow, will sail to various destinations in the Middle East during its first winter season, departing from and returning to Doha or Dubai. On some of the seven-day cruises, guests will have the opportunity to spend a night on board the feel-good ship in Dubai, allowing them to explore this vibrant metropolis. In addition, the various itineraries include stops at Muscat in Oman or the private island of Sir Bani Yas.
