Mein Schiff launches a culinary podcast with Genuss-Guide Hamburg Denis Wiechert and Tanya Kumst chat with guests about culinary indulgence at sea – Cornelia Poletto announced
Culinary delights take centre stage in a new podcast collaboration between Mein Schiff and Genuss-Guide Hamburg: under the title Einmal ALLES, bitte! Meer davon!, the first episode of an exclusive Mein Schiff edition of the podcast Einmal ALLES, bitte! (One of EVERYTHING, please!) will be released on 22 October.
In it, Denis Wiechert, Vice President Product Management & Guest Experience at TUI Cruises, and Genuss-Guide publisher Tanya Kumst talk to guests from the catering and cruise industries about culinary indulgence and gastronomic diversity on board the Mein Schiff fleet. Among the guests already announced is top chef Cornelia Poletto.

A glimpse behind the culinary scenes
The feel-good ships of the TUI Cruises Mein Schiff fleet welcome cruise enthusiasts and those new to the cruise experience all year round. For many, relaxation, time out and culinary indulgence are inextricably linked.
The idea for a joint podcast series with Genuss-Guide Hamburg arose from a desire to introduce guests and connoisseurs to the many facets of the culinary experience on board.
TUI Cruises has been the exclusive partner of Genuss-Michel, Hamburg’s gastronomy award, since 2025. The special edition of the video podcast adds yet another joint project to this partnership.
Culinary experts at sea and ashore
Einmal ALLES, bitte! Meer davon! explores the various facets of culinary indulgence on board. Topics range from gastronomic concepts and culinary trends to the logistics behind supplying the fleet or the question of what role culinary delights play in the cruise experience.
As hosts, Denis Wiechert and Tanya Kumst speak to fascinating personalities and experts who shed light on these topics form different perspectives. Cornelia Poletto is also among the guests on this special edition of the podcast. This winter, the acclaimed chef will also be on board as a culinary expert on a cruise to the Caribbean with Mein Schiff Flow.
Riding the podcast wave
Since late 2020, the podcast Einmal ALLES, bitte! has been inviting figures from the catering industry to discuss cuisine, trends, sustainability and social developments. Tanya Kumst has been presenting it since 2025.
The special edition kicks off with a conversation with co-host Denis Wiechert. As Vice President Product Management & Guest Experience, he is responsible for the areas of product management, hotel and operations as well as entertainment for the Mein Schiff brand, and has played a key role in shaping the on-board offers since 2016. In the first episode, he shares insights into his career and his passion for cuisine and reveals what listeners can look forward to in the coming episodes.
