Heading north – volume up to the max

The stage and the audience on the pool deck in the evening during the Full Metal Cruise

The Full Metal Cruise XIV sets sail in 2027

Powerful guitar riffs, Nordic fjord landscapes and a community that lives for heavy metal: the Full Metal Cruise is setting course for northern Europe once again in 2027. Amidst Norwegian fjords, Swedish coastlines and Scandinavian cities, Mein Schiff 6 will once again be transformed into a floating metal festival.

The 14th edition of the Full Metal Cruise will set off twice to northern Europe. From 30 August to 4 September 2027, Mein Schiff 6 will sail from Hamburg to Mandal in Norway and Gothenburg in Sweden. The Full Metal Cruise XIV Part 2 will then take place from 4 September to 9 September 2027, departing from Kiel and heading for the Finnish capital Helsinki and the Swedish coastal city of Stockholm. Alongside the extensive programme on board, the stops ashore offer the chance to discover Norway, Sweden or Finland.

Mein Schiff 6 as a floating metal festival

During the cruise, the feel-good ship will transform into a floating festival stage – and at times become the loudest ship in northern Europe. On the pool deck, live concerts create a festival at sea while meet-and-greets with the artists, tattoo sessions and karaoke bring the sense of community within the metal scene to life. At the same time, guests can enjoy the wide range of facilities available on Mein Schiff 6, including the spa, sports classes and the fitness area. The line-up for the Full Metal Cruise XIV will be announced successively.
