"Go with the flow": Bookings open 26 February 2026 for Mein Schiff Flow Naming voyage

The Mein Schiff Relax, the first ship of a new generation, has been cruising the world's oceans since spring 2025. The second newbuild in the InTUItion class, Mein Schiff Flow, will follow in June of this year. The ship will be named on 20 June in the port of Trieste, embedded in an eight-day voyage from 17 to 25 June or alternatively 18 to 26 June 2026.** Under the motto "Go with the Flow", TUI Cruises is putting the individual Mein Schiff experience centre stage: The naming ceremony takes place at various locations on board.

Godmother wanted: Mein Schiff Flow becomes your ship

The InTUItion class from TUI Cruises stands for a cruise experience that is designed entirely for intuitive enjoyment. Each guest should discover the ships in their own way - according to their personal preferences and needs.

Now, for the first time in the history of TUI Cruises, guests have the opportunity to make Mein Schiff "Your Ship". In addition to contributing to various details of the newest member of the fleet, TUI Cruises is now looking for a godmother among Mein Schiff fans for the first time. This role entails a special responsibility. The godmother is at the centre of the Mein Schiff Flow christening ceremony and adds a personal touch to this unique moment. She will be the symbolic companion for safe voyages for the Mein Schiff Flow and embody the special Mein Schiff feeling with heart and enthusiasm. TUI Cruises is seeking an individual with a compelling personal connection to Mein Schiff who can authentically articulate their motivation for taking on this unique and meaningful role. Sales partners are encouraged to inform their customers about this unique opportunity. If a partner refers the selected Godmother and this is indicated during the application process, the agency will also receive an invitation to attend the naming ceremony in Triest alongside the winner.

Authenticity, creativity and enthusiasm count

Applicants should have travelled with the fleet at least once, be least 18 years of age. and willing to contribute their time and commitment. The digital application includes three photos, a personal text and a video with your own Mein Schiff story. A jury of TUI Cruises employees will make a pre-selection; Mein Schiff fans and the jury will then decide together in a multi-stage voting process.

The digital waiting room opens approx. 30 minutes before the start of booking, binding bookings are required. The position in the waiting room is allocated at random at the start of the booking. In this way, TUI Cruises wants to give all interested parties the same opportunity.
