Whether marketing, product management or human resources: If you are interested and have some previous experience, we offer you the opportunity to gain exciting insights. You are also welcome to combine your internship with your Bachelor's or Master's thesis. You will quickly take on responsibility for your own tasks and projects and familiarise yourself with the structures of a modern cruise company. At the weekly intern get-together, you can exchange ideas across disciplines. At the end, you will receive detailed feedback - including tips for your future career path.

Getting started after graduation
Take off straight after your studies - with an entry-level position that gives you initial management experience and develops your professional and social skills in a targeted manner. As a Junior Manager, you will take on responsibility at an early stage, work on exciting projects and benefit from in-service development programmes. We rely on the proven 70:20:10 principle: 70 % learning on the job, 20 % through dialogue and feedback, 10 % through training and further education.
