In addition to its corporate headquarters in Hamburg, TUI Cruises operates its own entertainment facility in Berlin. Covering approximately 5,400 square meters, this site is where new shows and entertainment concepts for the Mein Schiff® fleet are developed. Activities at the facility include rehearsing ensembles, engaging guest artists and infotainers, organizing themed event cruises, and managing entertainment technology as well as licensing.

The Sustainability Management department oversees the company's environmental, social, and economic sustainability agenda. Its work includes developing and implementing measures to reduce emissions and resource consumption, while ensuring that sustainability objectives are integrated into strategic and operational decision-making.
